Section 1: General Information

Practice Name: Robinson Equine Vet & Dental Surgery Ltd
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (excluding public holidays).
Emergency Services: Available 24/7, with additional fees.
Client Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality unless otherwise authorised.

Section 2: Fees and Payments

Fees: Based on time, materials, and medications used.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at time of service.
Late Payments: Interest and fees may apply for late payments.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards (excluding American Express) and BACS.
Financial Difficulties: Please discuss payment options in advance.

Section 3: Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations: Please provide at least one day’s notice.
No-Show Fees: May apply for missed appointments.

Prescriptions: We may issue prescriptions for patients under our care.
Repeat Prescriptions: Require regular reassessments.
